About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks to support a work site, requiring the safe and effective use of hand and power tools, operation of equipment, and general labor. The position demands physical capability, adherence to safety procedures, and some industrial construction experience.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain with or without tools and building materials.
Ability to perform tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.
Ability to manipulate and understand the safe use of different types of power and manual construction tools.
Ability to dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel to fine grade specifications using hand tools.
Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
Ability to break up and remove concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.
Ability to position and operate portable and submersible water pumps.
Ability to clean and sort tools, equipment, and materials.
Ability to clean work areas, parking lots, and offices.
Ability to climb vertical ladders in up to 25-30 foot sections, above/below ground elevation.
Ability to stock drinking water containers for construction site personnel.
Ability to clean and maintain the worksite and related areas.
Experience in safe use of equipment with little supervision.
Adherence to all safety procedures.
Some industrial construction experience.
