Requirements
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new processes quickly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to use common hand tools safely and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass a background check
- OSHA 10 Certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance activities on outdoor cooling equipment
- Remove and replace air filtration components as directed
- Clean equipment coils and related system components to support optimal performance
- Operate hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and project schedules
- Adhere to all site-specific safety requirements and company policies
