About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers for a physically demanding outdoor position. This role involves heavy manual labor in a yard environment for the full duration of each shift. Candidates must be comfortable performing labor-intensive tasks, lifting heavy materials, and remaining on their feet throughout the workday. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn will have the opportunity to be trained on equipment and machinery over time.

Requirements

Prior labor or construction experience preferred
Ability to perform high-intensity physical labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
Willingness to learn machine operation and new skills over time

Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties in an outdoor yard environment
Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds consistently
Maintain productivity while standing and working on your feet for extended periods
Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing materials
Perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work in varying weather conditions throughout the shift
Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality daily
Learn and assist with machine operations as training opportunities become available
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
