The successful candidate will assist with carpentry projects, layout work, installations, and general construction tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or skilled labor.
• Ability to read and follow layouts, measurements, and installation instructions.
• Proficient with common hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical construction tasks throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

• Experience constructing and installing bathroom partitions.
• Experience installing bathroom accessories such as grab bars, mirrors, dispensers, and hardware.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of basic framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret layouts, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately.
• Construct and install wood framing, partitions, blocking, and finish carpentry components.
• Assist with the installation of bathroom partitions, accessories, and hardware.
• Perform punch-list work, adjustments, and minor repairs as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow project specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and material needs.
• Complete tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
