About The Position

Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We are currently looking for individuals in El Paso, TX who like to build and contribute to the overall project and who are not afraid to travel. We offer highly competitive wages and the ability to work OT. We offer per diem (paid ahead of time) and travel expenses.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs
• Excellent attendance is necessary
• Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactorily pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. DUI, reckless driving, or excessive at-fault accidents may be disqualifying.

Nice To Haves

• Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in sheet metal construction a plus

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall project
• Willingness to travel (1-2 weeks at a time)
• Able to work 60-70 hours per week
