About The Position
Family Care Solutions is seeking skilled Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home nursing care to patients throughout the community. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to provide focused care in a home setting.
Requirements
- Current, active RN or LPN license in Iowa.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services according to patient care plans.
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient needs.
