Requirements
- Previous experience in home care coordination or related healthcare administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Kinnser software or similar scheduling and care management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work in Livonia, MI.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule skilled home care visits using the Kinnser software system.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care plans and visit notes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and track patient progress and update care plans as necessary.
- Assist with billing and insurance documentation related to home care services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
