The primary responsibility of this role is to Supervise a team responsible for production equipment and plant utilities. Support maintenance activities during daily plant operation. Ensure compressed air, water, electricity, & natural gas operation. Interface and work with production departments and plant management to support line calls and develop team skills. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the person in this role will support the manufacturing operation while ensuring adherence to all Company Policies, State and Federal Laws and the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is scheduled for 12-hour rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), hours are 6 am to 6:35 pm, with occasional weekday work required based on business needs. This position is based in Long Beach, California. The selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance of the work location.
