About The Position

Requirements
- Previous floor care experience required.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with buffing, burnishing, stripping, waxing, or other floor maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors.
- Ensure floors are clean, shiny, and maintained according to company standards.
- Complete routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
- Operate floor care equipment safely and properly.
- Identify and address floor appearance issues, including scuffs, marks, and buildup.
- Remove trash and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
