We are hiring Skilled Carpenters to join a high-performing crew focused on post frame construction, framing, siding, roofing, and light concrete work. This is a production-driven environment. The crew moves fast, and everyone is expected to carry their weight. You will work under a strong Foreman who will assign tasks, track performance, and push the crew to stay on pace. Requirements

• Experience in framing, construction, or similar trades
• Ability to work hard and keep up with a fast-paced crew
• Willingness to take direction and improve your skill set
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic understanding of construction safety
• Hungry: Shows up ready to work and improve every day
• Humble: Takes direction, accepts correction, and respects the team
• Smart: Aware, coachable, and able to think through tasks on site

Responsibilities

• Execute framing, siding, and roofing tasks efficiently and correctly
• Assist with post frame construction and light concrete work
• Follow direction from the Foreman and complete assigned tasks without delay
• Maintain quality standards while working at a strong pace
• Keep job site clean, organized, and moving
• Work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly production goals
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly
