Requirements

2-3+ years of professional carpentry or construction experience preferred.
Proficiency with standard woodworking and construction power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and work orders.
Physical stamina to handle the heavy demands of the job, including lifting up to 75–100 lbs. and working in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to local jobsites.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures according to blueprints or layouts.
Operate a variety of tools safely, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
Perform rough and finish carpentry, which may include framing, drywall, doors, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
Maintain a safe and organized job site while strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, crew members, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
