Requirements
- 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
- Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking
- High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking
- Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
- Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
- Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed
