About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to provide round-the-clock care for a client in Warrensburg, MO. This role requires strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay attentive and responsive to changing needs. Overnight shifts allow for rest when the client is sleeping, but the caregiver must be able to wake easily and provide care as needed.

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Confidence with hands-on personal care
• Patient, calm, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with walking and mobility
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Run essential errands as needed
• Complete light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and consistent supervision
• Stay alert and respond quickly to client needs throughout the shift
