About The Position

The Commonwise Caregiver helps clients thrive by supporting their safety, autonomy, and quality of life. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. Many of our caregivers come from diverse backgrounds and we provide comprehensive training for entry-level openings. We are committed to putting our caregivers first and challenging the way the Home Care Industry works.

Requirements

• RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, Nursing Students, and more.
• Frequent bending required
• May include driving
• Requires strong visual, auditory, and communication skills
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
• Provide reliable care during times of need
• Advocate for clients in community settings
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
• Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
