About The Position
Skilled Caregiver | O'Fallon, MO $21-$23/hour | Monday-Friday Bring Your Skills to a Client Who Needs Them Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a highly skilled and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in O'Fallon, MO. This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who is confident providing hands-on assistance and takes pride in helping someone remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. If you're an experienced caregiver looking for a consistent part-time opportunity where your skills truly make a difference, we'd love to meet you. Preference will be given to caregivers who live in St. Charles County to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Hoyer lift experience is beneficial
- Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
