About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking caring individuals to join their team. They are dedicated to supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a part-time opening on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing companionship and emotional support, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining a safe home environment. You will also offer transportation to appointments or outings and give timely medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
