About The Position

MTSI proudly participates in the Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program, providing eligible transitioning service members the opportunity to gain civilian work experience and prepare for the next chapter of their careers while completing their military service. This posting represents ongoing interest in MTSI's SkillBridge Program and is not tied to one specific opening. SkillBridge opportunities depend on eligibility, timing, location, MTSI's anticipated hiring needs, and the availability of an appropriate training experience. MTSI offers two pathways to participate in SkillBridge: Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) Fellowships: Participate through scheduled HoH fellowship cohorts. MTSI Off-Cycle Fellowships: Participate directly with MTSI outside of the HoH cohort schedule, providing greater flexibility for different military transition timelines. If selected and approved to participate, your fellowship gives you the opportunity to learn how your military experience translates into a civilian environment while developing new skills, relationships, and experience. We intentionally look for SkillBridge matches where we see strong potential for a successful fellow to continue with MTSI as a full-time employee after military service. Because each fellowship is developed around the individual and an appropriate training opportunity, submitting your information does not guarantee placement in an MTSI SkillBridge fellowship.
