Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating a Skid Steer in confined spaces in residential subdivisions
• Experienced with basement excavation tasks on Skid Steer like backfilling, loaming, and loading trucks
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean 3-year driver’s abstract
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds

• Ability to read and understand plot plans

Responsibilities

• Operating a Skid Steer in confined spaces in residential subdivisions
• Performing basement excavation tasks on Skid Steer like backfilling, loaming, and loading trucks
• Following directions and working independently
• Reading and understanding plot plans (considered an asset)
