About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for EXPERIENCED OPERATORS to join our BASE DIVISION for the 2026 construction season. This is a seasonal position that offers a competitive wage with benefits. Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment.

Requirements

EXPERIENCED OPERATORS
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Ensure “pre-trips” and all Daily Equipment Checklists are completed daily and any equipment concerns are addressed to your foreman.
Complete all daily maintenance on equipment required for continued safe functioning.
Efficiently move material: dumping, placing, and loading of material into trucks.
Hauling trailers, equipment, cement, or construction materials, in accordance with all safe work practices and legal regulations.
Able to work long hours.
Perform general labour duties as needed.
