About The Position

Wilco is a leader in delivering complex projects to its clients. Wilco is currently seeking multiple Skid Steer and Excavator Operators (multi-equipment) to join our diverse and dynamic team Located In Edmonton and Area. Most equipment is CAT. Operators are required for the following: Excavator, Skid-Steer, Loader (Asset), Grader (Asset), Dozer (Asset).

Requirements

Must have 3+ years equipment experience.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable Vehicle.

Ability to run other pieces of equipment considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Able to complete walk around and basic maintenance on equipment.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and take direction.
Ability to work under pressure.
Physically able to perform all physical actions pertinent to the job, and equipment operation.
Must be capable of finish grading topsoil.
Must be able to interpret survey stakes.
Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations.
