About The Position

The Ski Tuner is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the ski rental fleet. They will perform tunes on guest’s personal equipment upon request. The ski tuner must be comfortable with working with heavy machinery. This includes using waxers, stone grinders, ceramic edging machines, p-tex welders, and small hand tools. The ski tuner will, on occasion, be expected to cover outside to help haul guest ski equipment at the end of the day. The ability to self-manage and an acute attention to detail are musts.

Requirements

Comfortable with working with heavy machinery.
Ability to self-manage.
Acute attention to detail.
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Previous tuning or technical experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40lb.
