About The Position
Assist the Loveland Ski Patrol by providing paramedic medical coverage to guests and employees at both Loveland Basin and Loveland Valley. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Requirements
- Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic Certification/License
- Understanding of and compliance with Denver Metro Protocols and essential medical equipment
- Proficient skiing/snowboarding ability as determined by the Ski Patrol Leadership Team
- Ability to speak, write and understand English fluently, other language fluency helpful
Responsibilities
- Provide paramedic coverage for guests and employees, as needed
- Evacuate injured skiers/snowboarders from mountain or base area to patrol room
- Mark hazardous and unsafe conditions
- Sweep and pre-sweep responsibilities
- Public relations and education
