About The Position

About the Role At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our Ski Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Seasonal Full Time Ski Concierge Supervisor, you will assist guests with their ski and snowboard gear before and after a day on the mountain while leading the Ski Concierge team. This role is suitable to someone who performs well in a fast-pace setting, is dedicated to guest experiences and enjoys leading teams.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively and provide leadership within a management team with shared responsibilities.
• Experience skiing or snowboarding, prior knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb Mountain is considered an asset
• Retail or customer service experience
• Must hold a valid class 5 BC Driver’s license, and the ability to provide the drivers abstract
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Responsibilities

• Oversee the schedule of the Ski Concierge team within the guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear.
• Train and supervise the ski concierge team
• Communicate closely with different departments to ensure follow up on any special problems, guest requests, etc. as well maintain a log with important information to be passed onto management.
• Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of V.I.P’s and return guests, groups, etc.
• Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and reports any deficiencies to the proper department.
