About The Position

The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Medical Supervisor to lead daily operations across one of the most unique mountain venues in the country. This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of a high-performance medical and rescue operation supporting elite athletics and public recreation. This role is the operational backbone of the Medical & Rescue team at Utah Olympic Park. You’ll lead daily field operations, support real-time decision-making, and work directly alongside patrol and rescue staff in a fast-moving mountain environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions shape readiness, performance, and team execution every day. A typical day starts with coordinating staffing and operational readiness across multiple response areas at the Park. You’ll lead briefings, confirm equipment and personnel readiness, and adjust coverage based on weather, training, and event demands. Throughout the day, you remain actively engaged in the field; supporting medical incidents, assisting with technical rescues, and guiding team response during dynamic operational situations. Between calls, you’ll support training, readiness, and ongoing team development while staying closely connected to daily operations.
