About The Position
The Ski Boot fitter helps customers find ski boots that fit their specific needs and provides high-quality boot-fitting services. The role works alongside an experienced team to ensure customers leave with correctly fitted boots that enhance their time on the mountain. Team members also assist with related customer queries and support the rest of the Truenorth team. Training may be provided to the right candidate. This is a winter seasonal role for 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting pay range is $21.50–$26.88 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Five years of experience managing staff at a supervisory level.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and listen to their needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in winter sports retail or rental.
- Ski boot-fitting experience; training may be provided for the right candidate.
