About The Position
Reporting to the Recreation Coordinator, the Skate Guard is responsible for the on-ice supervision for public skating activities and the general maintenance of the Sports Complex and Arena.
Requirements
- Excellent ice-skating abilities
- Certified in Standard First Aid/CPR-C
- Previous experience working in a recreation facility
- Candidate must have reliable means of transportation
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior Skate Guard experience is considered an asset
- Prior Supervisory experience is considered an asset
