About The Position
Provides safe, efficient and therapeutic patient care for patients who need a sitter while in the hospital, which includes constant observation, while under direction of Licensed Nurse and Medical Staff. This position may be filled as either a Sitter, Nurse Tech or Sitter, CNA based on the selected candidate’s certification and qualifications. The posted pay range reflects the full range from Sitter, Nurse Tech (entry level) to Sitter, CNA (certified level). We encourage applicants of all experience levels to apply.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Sitter, CNA applicants only)
- One (1) year experience as a Nurse Tech in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Bilingual in Spanish
