About The Position

The Site Worker provides daily assistance with the preparation and delivery of home-delivered meals throughout the Osage Nation delivery service area. Delivery routes begin each day at 9:00 a.m. The role requires maintaining a sociable and friendly demeanor that encourages dialogue with Elder Nutrition meal clients. The position is based in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and may require driving GSA or Osage Nation vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service-based setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents Elder Nutrition and the Osage Nation Health System.
• High level of personal integrity and ethics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol testing.
