About The Position

The Well-Being and Cultural Lead is responsible for shaping and sustaining a positive, inclusive organizational environment that integrates seamlessly with leadership objectives, HR strategy, and wellness initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, engaged, and fully supported. By operating within a large-scale manufacturing organization, you will have the platform to drive cultural transformation that influences a diverse workforce, serving as a vital bridge between high-level administrative strategy and the daily realities of the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with US-based well-being programs and/or large-scale corporate benefits is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and navigate seamlessly between the shop floor and administrative levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to turn data insights into practical solutions.
  • A firm commitment to continuous improvement and measurable outcomes in employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, adapt, and evolve site-specific well-being programs.
  • Take initiative in launching new engagement and retention programs tailored to the workforce's needs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on turnover and absenteeism metrics.
  • Identify correlations between data trends and employee well-being to propose actionable, organization-aligned strategies.
  • Partner closely with the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team to ensure well-being initiatives align with and complement existing site safety protocols.
  • Develop and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure all employees are informed and engaged as new programs and organizational changes are implemented.
  • Establish and maintain formal and informal listening channels, including employee forums and pulse surveys, to capture, analyze, and act upon the needs of both production and support staff.
