About The Position

Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Toolroom Attendant to support daily construction and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining tool inventory, supporting field personnel, organizing materials, and ensuring job site readiness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a construction or industrial environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Hours 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday- Friday with Saturday overtime if needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in construction, warehouse, toolroom, or a similar industrial environment required.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Must wear steel/composite toe work boots or shoes at all times on site.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site and warehouse operations by preparing and cleaning job sites, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining organized tool trailers and storage containers.
• Safely issue, receive, and track hand tools, power tools, and light equipment for construction supervision and field personnel.
• Receive incoming materials, maintain inventory records, and track tools and equipment using computer-based inventory systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper working condition and report damaged or missing items.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Document site activities, inventory levels, and equipment usage while communicating updates to management.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support additional warehouse or field operations as assigned.
