About The Position

Be the welcoming face of Goodwill! Help donors give with purpose and keep our mission moving forward across Western New York. This role involves greeting donors, assisting with unloading donations, providing donation receipts, sorting and storing goods, and ensuring the security of Goodwill property. The attendant will also follow safety procedures and work at multiple donation trailer locations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Decision-making skills and comfort with basic loading/movement of goods

• Prior material-handling experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet donors with warmth and assist in unloading donations
• Offer a donation receipt to every donor, every time
• Sort, package, and safely store donated goods
• Protect and secure Goodwill property at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
• Travel to and work at multiple donation trailer locations
