This is a Contract position based out of Topeka, KS. The role involves IT infrastructure incident resolution to meet/exceed service levels, maintaining desktop and laptop inventory, configuration and delivery of new user computers, and purchasing and maintaining segment-specific software inventory. The technician will also provide support for special assignments, off-site meetings, and replacement of out-of-warranty hardware. Responsibilities include completing assigned level 2 and 3 problem tickets, acting as a local or regional project resource when needed, and creating processes and documentation.
