About The Position

Serves as the primary site coordinator and central point of contact for all communications, access control, and administrative operations. Manages employee travel logistics, maintains accurate records and databases (including InSITE), and oversees site access, badging, system permissions, and escorting procedures. Drafts and edits minutes, correspondence, and official documents, while supporting new-hire onboarding and maintaining current personnel, security, and recall rosters. Coordinates and tracks employee training, conducts research and data analysis to prepare reports and interpret findings, and interfaces closely with the FOCUS Center and installation staff to ensure mission continuity. Monitors work orders for downed devices, assesses CPF impact, and develops mitigation plans. Additionally, serves as the site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience arranging and managing travel logistics for employees (e.g., transportation, lodging, itineraries) in accordance with company/customer policies.
  • Experience inputting and updating information in databases and systems such as InSITE, ensuring accurate and current data.
  • Experience coordinating access control to a site, including badging, system access, and escorting visitors or uncleared personnel.
  • Experience drafting and editing meeting minutes, documents, correspondence, and other professional communications.
  • Experience assisting with the onboarding of new employees, including coordination of access, orientation, and initial training.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date personnel, security, and recall rosters.
  • Experience organizing and coordinating employee training sessions, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Experience performing research and data collection, collating and compiling information, and preparing reports with interpreted findings.
  • Experience interfacing with the FOCUS Center and installation staff, or similar coordination with external mission partners.
  • Experience reviewing work orders for downed devices, assessing potential CPF impact, and planning mitigation to minimize mission disruption.
  • Experience serving as a site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer or performing comparable safety/compliance responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; or Associate degree (AA/AS) from an accredited institution and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Interfaces regularly with the FOCUS Center and installation staff to coordinate operations, resolve issues, and support mission objectives.
  • Reviews work orders on downed devices, identifies potential CPF impact, and develops/coordinates mitigation plans to minimize operational disruption.
  • Serves as the site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer, monitoring compliance, supporting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.
