Requirements

• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Take on multiple projects throughout the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Gather necessary information on each part supplied to OP Mobility and prepare files for uploading into SAP, working with Suppliers and Material Planners for the PFEP Project.
• Review parts and parameters in SAP and drive changes to meet templated standards for SAP – MRP Template Profiles, working with Material Planners.
• Review inbound deliveries in SAP and create a standard report for the communication board and receiving clerk for the Inbound Delivery Schedule, working with Material Planners.
• Take over running the daily POE Shortage Report and cross-reference it with ECRs, working with Material Planners to identify risks and plan for no gaps in inventory.
