About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Site Supervisor for their recycling facility in Celina, TX. The primary responsibility is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. The Site Supervisor will assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift. This is a full-time management role with opportunities for growth, requiring skills in communication, problem-solving, and time management. Experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.
