Requirements

  • Over 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn constantly
  • Not afraid to ask questions to better the guards, the company, or themselves
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and possesses quick-thinking skills
  • Ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals
  • Real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees
  • Understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example
  • Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports
  • Willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience
  • Able to pass DMV Check
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Law Enforcement experience is preferred
  • Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing employee and site safety
  • Enforcing policies
  • Developing CGS guards
  • Communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively
  • Leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
  • Learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations
  • Respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication
