Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain an Unarmed State Security License.
21 years of age or older.
Ability to work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments.
Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Remain calm and decisive in critical situations.
Comfortable using technology.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years' verifiable experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Nice To Haves

3+ years Armed Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
1+ year supervisory and customer service experience.
Associate’s degree or higher.
Verifiable management experience.
Tennessee Unarmed Security License preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
Supervises security officers, enforces company and client policies, and serves as the primary site contact for client concerns and incident response.
Conduct routine walking patrols to identify and address security risks.
Monitor access points and verify credentials.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to protocol.
Enforce Security Post Instructions, company, and client policies.
Lock/unlock facilities, operate security systems, and monitor surveillance.
Address policy violations (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking).
Maintain accurate activity and incident logs.
Communicate effectively with officers, clients, and management.
Maintain a professional appearance in a clean, pressed uniform.
Provide guidance and direction to security officers.
Ensure adherence to security procedures and customer service standards.
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
Serve as primary contact for client issues and escalations.
Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
Support onboarding and training of new personnel.
