About The Position

The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office, serving as the primary point of contact for doctors, staff, and the leadership team regarding day-to-day operations. This role is instrumental in executing the health system's mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office, aligning with corporate direction and communication to staff. The position requires a strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems, with consistent enforcement of all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. The role involves effective planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising, and requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, patients, families, the public, and external agencies. The Site Supervisor must be skilled in gathering and interpreting data within the office setting and must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules, while exhibiting regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous front office experience, preferably in medical

Responsibilities

  • Provide doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s)
