About The Position

Mozaic (A Chapter of Arc NY) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team as a Site Supervisor for Respite & Community Habilitation in Fulton, NY. In this role, you will oversee daily program operations while empowering both staff and the people we support to thrive. You will provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion. As a leader, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, maintaining compliance, and creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone can succeed. Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Two years supervisory or leadership experience required
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals
Ensure services align with each person's Life Plan to support their goals, health, and well-being
Promote community integration and advocacy
Oversee daily operations such as scheduling and documentation
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Build strong relationships with families and community partners
Support staff training, performance management, and ongoing professional development
