About The Position

At In Flight, Inc., we empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach for their hopes and dreams and support a meaningful quality of life. We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Community Habilitation program. As a Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work one-on-one with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities, providing support at home and in the community to help them build independence and life skills. This is a flexible, fun, and rewarding role where you can make a direct impact. Cases are in Kingston, Saugerties, Highland, Wallkill, Hurley, Ellenville, Marlboro, Accord, New Paltz. This is a per diem position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass all NYS and OPWDD background clearances
• Attending a week and a half orientation in Red Hook
• USE OF YOUR OWN VEHICLE - Mileage reimbursement available

Nice To Haves

• Working with Individuals that have IDD preferred but not required

Responsibilities
