About The Position

Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for our Community Habilitation and Day Habilitation programs in Seneca County. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing employees, supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and creating positive, person-centered experiences that help people achieve their goals and thrive in their communities. As a Site Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring high-quality services are delivered in accordance with each person's Life Plan, agency standards, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee daily program operations, coordinate meaningful activities, foster staff development, and help create an environment where both employees and the people we support can succeed. This role also provides the opportunity to build strong relationships with families, guardians, local businesses, and community partners while ensuring program quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Most importantly, you'll play a vital role in empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives while leading a team committed to making a meaningful impact every day.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required.
Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
