About The Position
New Iron is recruiting a Site Services Supervisor for a semiconductor manufacturer in Albuquerque. This role involves leading site maintenance operations, supervising personnel, and coordinating with various engineering and manufacturing teams. The supervisor will manage critical escalations, oversee contractors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
- 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including supervision.
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, semiconductor equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical and maintenance documentation.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance operations and daily priorities.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, schedules, safety, and work quality.
- Coordinate with Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Manage critical maintenance escalations.
- Oversee contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.
