Site Supervisor – School Facilities Full Time | Daily schedule varies based on school operations and special events | $16–$18 per hour Lead a Team. Support Schools. Make a Difference Every Day. You'll oversee the daily janitorial operations for a group of schools and community facilities, supporting your team while building trusted relationships with our school partners. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, solving problems, developing people, and making sure every building is ready for the next school day.

Responsibilities

Leading and working alongside janitorial team members during daily operations.
Conducting quality inspections and providing timely coaching, recognition, and support.
Training and mentoring new employees.
Monitoring staffing needs and communicating challenges before they impact service.
Ensuring supplies, equipment, and cleaning standards meet expectations.
Identifying facility concerns and communicating them through the appropriate channels.
Building positive, professional relationships with principals, office staff, and facility contacts.
