The Site Supervisor/Scheduler coordinates the transportation of detainees as directed by ICE, ensuring timely delivery to proper destinations and the provision of necessary documentation to Transportation Officers prior to departure. This role involves compliance with USDOT/FMCSA rules and regulations, monitoring Transportation Officers’ Hours of Service, and ensuring duty day limits are not exceeded. The position requires providing daily Operations Briefs (muster) and Safety/PBNDS Training briefs, ensuring all required transport equipment is loaded and maintained, and coordinating vehicle maintenance. The Site Supervisor/Scheduler is responsible for responding to incidents, supervising the preparation of incident reports, and notifying relevant parties of serious incidents. Daily monitoring of SureBus, conducting monthly uniform and weapons inspections, preparing annual performance evaluations, and issuing disciplinary recommendations are also key duties. Documentation of detainee transports, vehicle inspections, trip logs, and G-391 forms, as well as reviewing and forwarding the Record of Presence, are critical for invoicing and record-keeping. The role requires maintaining an active cellphone for communication and availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
