The Site Supervisor/Scheduler coordinates transportation of detainees as directed by ICE, ensuring timely delivery to proper destinations and that all required detainee documentation is provided to Transportation Officers prior to departure. This role involves ensuring compliance with USDOT/FMCSA rules and regulations, monitoring Transportation Officers’ Hours of Service, and providing daily Operations Briefs and Safety/PBNDS Training. The position also requires ensuring all necessary equipment for transport is available and coordinating vehicle maintenance. The Site Supervisor/Scheduler is responsible for responding to incidents, supervising the preparation of incident reports, and notifying relevant parties of serious incidents. Daily monitoring of SureBus, conducting monthly uniform and weapons inspections, preparing annual performance evaluations, and issuing disciplinary recommendations are also key duties. Documentation of detainee transports, vehicle inspections, trip logs, and G-391 forms, as well as reviewing the Record of Presence, are critical for invoicing and record-keeping. The role requires maintaining an active cellphone for communication and availability 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
