The Site Supervisor - Residential Community role involves overseeing Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The supervisor ensures adherence to post orders, completion of rounds, and proper filing of reports. They are responsible for handling emergency situations by notifying appropriate authorities and clients. This role includes coaching and disciplining personnel, training staff, and assisting with payroll and personnel information submission. The supervisor also ensures adequate post coverage, prepares reports, inspects posts, and meets with clients to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Additionally, they may perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints, with the possibility of recommending hiring and termination. The Site Supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer when needed.
