Requirements

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on safety and team development
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capability, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Knowledge of ready-mix operations, equipment, or similar industrial processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication skills for working with customers, drivers, and plant teams
  • Comfort with technology and systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PDF documentation (SAP experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ready-mix plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Lead and support plant staff to achieve operational and quality goals
  • Monitor concrete quality, inventory levels, and equipment performance
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and customer service needs
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
