About The Position

Custom Craft is looking for a Site Superintendent with hands-on residential construction experience and a passion for delivering outstanding craftsmanship. This role involves leading jobsite execution, overseeing daily field operations on residential remodeling projects, and performing skilled carpentry as needed. The ideal candidate will lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship, ensuring projects are completed to company standards while maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience.
• Strong hands-on carpentry background.
• Experience leading crews or supervising jobsites.
• Excellent understanding of residential building practices and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional carpentry tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on residential remodeling projects.
• Perform skilled carpentry as needed while leading jobsite execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
• Review project plans and monitor construction progress.
• Verify workmanship and quality throughout each phase of construction.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly.
• Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics.
• Work closely with project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship.
