About The Position

The Site Superintendent will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves supervising and directing employees performing industrial equipment repair and maintenance, preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring quality. The Site Superintendent will act as a liaison between the Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and Departments, while promoting C&W Services internally and externally and mentoring team members. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company and customer policies, codes, and standards, driving continuous improvement through RCA and team development initiatives, managing administrative tasks such as timekeeping, job planning, work order completion, and material ordering. Additionally, the role requires coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, shutdowns, and vendor support, maintaining positive customer and employee relations, and organizing training seminars for employee development. The employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the Site Account Manager.

Requirements

• 5 years industrial maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Background check and drug screen required
