Summary/Objective: Reporting to the Director of Field Operations and/or their designee, the Field Operations positions will perform the tasks/duties as listed below. Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned): Site Superintendent The following procedures and duties shall, as well as the oversight, and monitoring of said activities be the responsibility of the aforementioned positions, whether carried out by themselves or the designee. Has a FULL understanding of the project scope, schedules, manhours to complete, budgets, any extra work and how it is to be tracked. Ensure that Foreman are adhering to Patriot Safety and QA/QC standards as well as any site specifics above those outlined in Patriot programs. Capability to plan ahead in a timely manner before work is to begin onsite with the coordination of Patriot/GC participation. In direct contact with GC superintendent and Patriot PM daily to ensure schedule is being met while also adhering to the overall schedule of the project. Ability to order materials as needed in sequence with the schedule for the project. Does a material check before assigning a task to Foreman to be complete. Has done a look ahead and informed the PM to ensure missing materials are onsite before task is to be started. This may not be the case however it is achievable in most instances. Responsible for ALL in house/3rd party surveying and inspection scheduling on their assigned project. Must attend project weekly meetings and report to the General superintendent and PM with any schedule changes or delays that require increase/decrease in manpower/materials on the project that were not forecasted in previous schedule. Ensure that NCR, RFI, ASI work is being properly documented and maintained onsite. Able to oversee at least 3 foremen with crews and advise workflow based on the project schedule given out after the weekly site meetings. While also passing along the information to the General Superintendent. Enter daily data into Patriot Link. Time Allocations, Material info, Erection tracking. Certificates and Licenses: Current welding and OSHA certifications required (dependent on position). Certifications per applicable position: Current SMAW “stick” papers Current FCAW “wire” papers Current seismic FCAW “wire” papers
